  • WHAT BUSINESS ARE YOU IN?
  • HOW DOES YOUR BUSINESS WORK?

If you can answer ‘THE THREE BIG QUESTIONS’ it will help:

  • COMMUNICATE YOUR MESSAGE.
  • FOCUS ON YOUR PRIORITIES.
  • MAKE BUSINESS DECISIONS/CHOICES.
