What is the For Impact Fellowship?
The For Impact Fellowship is a paid one-year employment program that mentors individuals with promising leadership potential. Fellows will receive intensive training. They will work ‘in-the-field’ on funding campaigns, and they will engage directly in sales (think: selling a mission or vision — fundraising), owning a portfolio of prospects. Fellows will receive intensive training and mentorship in the areas of:
MAIA unlocks and maximizes the potential of young women to lead transformational change. Through a powerful combination of local leadership and rigorous innovation, MAIA is unleashing the power of the “Girl Effect” among some of Guatemala’s poorest families and communities.
MAIA is hiring a US-based Director of Development, who will grow and maximize the potential of MAIA’s donors, primarily through face-to-face engagements and asks, with their existing portfolio of supporters and with new prospects identified by this person.

The Deputy Director, Corporate Partnerships, will lead in the identification, cultivation and ongoing engagement of strategic partners in support of PSI’s global programs and capabilities. The Deputy Director will be both an individual contributor, securing and managing partnerships, as well as a team leader supporting others as they do similarly.
