Global Health Corps (GHC) is building a new generation of global health leadership. They believe that solving the world’s most pressing global health challenges requires better and more connected leaders who are able to work across traditional boundaries like geography, sector, and issue area to engineer stronger global health systems.
GHC is incorporating a sales-focused model of fundraising, and looking to hire a Fundraising Leader who can drive the implementation of their fundraising strategy (including sales pipeline management), with a heavy emphasis on meeting with prospects to build relationships and generate funding results.

The Director, New Business Development will build a network of contacts and strategic institutional funding partnerships to support our impact. The ideal candidate is a well-networked, dynamic, engaging individual, with deep expertise in the international development sphere, who is most comfortable working in partnership with others.
The Director, Major Gifts is a natural connector who has some international experience, and wants to have an impact through fundraising. This is someone who enjoys telling a great story, engaging with empathy, and being bold in making asks and getting results. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within a proven model and frameworks – and can self-motivate to focus on the activities that drive results.
Engineers Without Borders USA builds a better world through engineering projects that empower communities to meet their basic human needs. Their highly skilled volunteers work with communities to find appropriate solutions for their infrastructure needs.
Now, EWB-USA is poised to scale their model and leverage engineers for even greater impact in the field – through innovative new strategies for delivery that will bring increased efficiency and effectiveness. They have launched a three-year, $50 million campaign to fuel the transformation into the new strategies and beyond.
The Chief Development Officer will build upon the momentum that has been started! Working with the Executive Director and the team, they will get out and talk to prospects and investors about the IMPACT of Engineers Without Borders, and generate results from those conversations to hit our goal and transform our organization.
The Major Gifts Officer will round out the fundraising team, use a sales-based model to secure funding, and own a portfolio of prospects and investors.
At the heart of L’Arche are people of all abilities, who build relationships of mutual respect and friendship in which the value of each person is celebrated, and difference is welcomed. L’Arche USA is the umbrella organization for 17 communities across the United States, and is itself a member of L’Arche International.
The Director of Development will advance L’Arche’s fundraising in the U.S. by engaging current donors and prioritizing the development of new financial partners. This is a senior management position for an experienced leader. Managing a team of four development staff and working closely with the communications and program teams, the Director of Development will set and implement an expansive vision for L’Arche’s philanthropy in the United States.
Global Citizen Year is launching a generation of leaders with the insight, conviction and courage to move the world ahead. Each year they recruit and train a diverse corps of our country’s brightest high school graduates and support them through a school-year long immersion in communities across Africa, Asia, and Latin America during a “bridge year” before college.
The Development Assistant will support the Development Team through data management, donor stewardship, event planning, and grant writing. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and to contribute to our fundraising goals.
The Individual Giving Manager is a fundraising professional who will design and implement a strategic individual giving program. This critical role will manage the research, cultivation and stewardship of individual donors and prospects through the implementation of a moves management strategy, and will work closely with the team to grow their fundraising capacity.
Water For People is working across nine countries, bringing together communities, local entrepreneurs, and governments to build and maintain water and sanitation services that will last – ultimately ending the global water and sanitation crisis.
Water For People has set out ambitious plans that require increased financial support for their Everyone Forever strategy of extending sustainable water and sanitation services to everyone, without exception, in every district where we work. Their goal is to reach a $30M annual operating budget by 2021, and the Business Development Specialist cultivates relationships with corporate, foundation, and individual donors to maintain and generate donations.
The Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) has a mission to help communities around the world address economic, social, and environmental challenges to build a better future shaped and shared by all. Their strategic goal is to accelerate climate, sustainability, and equitable solutions in the United States and Asia by transforming communities, cities, regions and supply chain factories — making them more climate smart, inclusive, and prosperous. Given the increasing urgency of the climate crisis, the Board of Directors has decided to double the size of the organization to increase its impact.
The Vice President will lead this effort in partnership with the President, Board and senior staff. The VP will also oversee the development and implementation of ISC’s external branding, communications, messaging, and outreach strategies in support of ISC’s overall direction and expansion goals.
