Kerry started in the for-profit training world where she built and facilitated ‘world-class team’ programs for Fortune 500 companies, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Nationwide Insurance, Merck and Sherwin-Williams. She has a degree in Speech Communications and Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego.
In 2005, Kerry joined the For Impact team as a coach and Director of Training.
