Just saw a newsletter from one of my favorite organizations, and certainly one of my favorite people. Pepy and Daniela Papi are both just amazing!
Daniela has a lead article on ‘Focus on the HOW’.
Simple message. She references Simon Sinek’s talk on ‘Why’… but then goes on to say that “If we are all buying into the WHYs that organizations are selling us, then we are donating because of good intentions, not because of impact.”
She then shows a great visual of HOW Pepy does its work.
Can’t argue with this brilliant young woman’s thinking!
