Adriana Casulari

Adriana joined For Impact in 2024 as an Associate Coach and Latin America Team Lead, specializing in localized expertise in fundraising strategy and project support. Born and based in Brazil, she leverages her extensive understanding of the Global South and Latin American perspectives to advise on philanthropy and resource mobilization strategies. She is motivated by the transformative power of leadership, education, and innovation in fostering sustainable social change.

With a background in Business Administration and over 17 years of experience, Adriana’s career has spanned the corporate, nonprofit, and social enterprise sectors at both national and international levels. She began her journey in the corporate world, contributing to banking, real estate, and Vale, a global mining company, where she laid the groundwork for her expertise in business management.

Her lifelong commitment to volunteering with CISV, a worldwide organization dedicated to peace education and active citizenship, sparked her journey into the realm of social impact. It also inspired her to pursue a Master’s in Human Rights and Democratization at the Global Campus of Human Rights in Italy and Universität Graz in Austria, where she produced an award-winning thesis.

Adriana made significant contributions to the educational sector at Ismart, focusing on resource mobilization, philanthropy, and institutional relations. Her subsequent role at Amani Institute showcased her global monitoring, evaluation, and operations expertise, underscoring her ability to foster leadership and organizational development within the social impact space.

Outside of her professional life, Adriana recently became an American football fan and enjoys a good Sunday Night football with friends. She also loves to spend quality time playing with her nephew and finds relaxation and inspiration by watching cooking shows.
