Balance and Strength: Physical and Life + Org

As I finish these thoughts on balance, I’m reminded of PHYSICAL BALANCE, as I am actively engaged in 3 pretty physical activates: boxing, biking and yoga.
I practice at least one of these things daily. All of them (as well as most every sport) requires considerable BALANCE. PHYSICAL BALANCE has a lot to do with CORE STRENGTH. In life, ‘CORE STRENGTH’ is about your CORE purpose, passion and principles and about your STRENGTH of character, commitment and compassion.
Interestingly, both boxing and yoga also rely heavily on POSITION or STANCE, which obviously applies to our lives as well.
