The authors of UNCOMMON SERVICE talk about the tangible nature of the design challenge (strategy, business models, board charts, etc.)… they ask, bluntly, “What the hell is CULTURE?”
They talk about the three C’s of Culture: CLARITY… COMMUNICATION… CONSISTENCY.
Alliteration aside, these are 3 pretty big things to think about as you’re building your own SALES CULTURE or ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE.
As the headline reads: Culture Takes Over When the (Leadership) Leaves the Room.
